Overview

Payscore offers a OneDrive integration that automatically uploads completed verification reports to your Microsoft OneDrive.

Once enabled, reports are saved to your designated OneDrive folder when they are completed.


How It Works

When a verification report is completed:

  • Payscore generates the report

  • The report is automatically uploaded to your configured OneDrive folder

  • Your team can access the report directly from OneDrive

No manual downloads or uploads are required.


Benefits of the OneDrive Integration

Using the OneDrive integration allows you to:

  • Store reports indefinitely

  • Maintain internal retention policies

  • Centralize report storage

  • Share reports securely with your team

  • Avoid report expiration

Reports stored in OneDrive do not expire.


Setup Requirements

To enable the OneDrive integration:

  • A Microsoft OneDrive account is required

  • You must grant Payscore permission to upload files

  • A destination folder must be selected

  • You must be on a subscription plan

To enable this integration, contact your Payscore representative or support team.


Important Notes

  • Reports uploaded to OneDrive do not expire

  • Uploads occur automatically when reports are completed

  • No manual action is required after setup

  • Access permissions are managed within OneDrive
