What the Entrata Integration Does
When an applicant submits an application in Entrata:
Payscore automatically sends verification invitations
Applicants receive email and text notifications
Automatic reminders are sent based on your configuration
Completed reports are synced back into Entrata
Leasing teams do not need to manually send invites or upload reports.
How Invitations Are Triggered
Once an application is submitted in Entrata, Payscore automatically detects the application and initiates the verification workflow.
This includes:
Income verification invitations
Identity verification invitations (if enabled)
Invitations are sent using the applicant’s contact information stored in Entrata.
⏱️ Because the Entrata integration uses a webhook, an invite is automatically sent as soon as an applicant submits an application.

Once verification is completed, reports are stored directly within Entrata:
