Payscore’s ResMan integration allows income and identity verification to run automatically when an application is submitted—without manual action from your leasing team.
This article explains how the integration works, when invitations are triggered, and key behaviors specific to ResMan.
What the ResMan Integration Does
When an applicant submits an application in ResMan:
Payscore automatically sends verification invitations
Applicants receive email and text notifications
Automatic reminders are sent based on your configuration
Completed reports are automatically uploaded into the applicant's file
Leasing teams typically do not need to manually send invites or re-enter applicant information.
How Invitations Are Triggered
Once an application is submitted in ResMan, Payscore checks for the required fields before sending a verification invite.
Required for an invite to be sent
Applicant email address
Monthly rent amount
If either field is missing at the time of submission:
The invite will not be sent
No immediate notification is generated
However, if the missing information is later updated in ResMan (such as adding rent or correcting the email address), the invitation will be sent automatically after the update syncs.
⏱️ The integration syncs with ResMan every 15 minutes, so there may be a short delay between workflow events and invite delivery.
Income and Identity Verification

Sent automatically when the application is submitted (if required fields are present)
Applicants complete the verification through the secure Payscore workflow
Reports are generated and uploaded into ResMan once the process is completed
Identity Verification (If Enabled)
Sent alongside income verification when configured
Follows the same automated invitation workflow

QR Code Identity Verification Limitation
ResMan currently does not support uploading the identity verification report to the created prospect when identity verification is completed via QR code.
In these cases:
The verification can still be completed successfully
Report access may need to occur outside of the standard prospect record depending on your setup
