Learn how to enable and onboard the Payscore integration with ResMan so verification requests and reports can run seamlessly within your existing workflow.
Overview
Payscore offers a direct integration with ResMan that allows verification requests and reporting to operate alongside your leasing process without requiring manual data entry or separate workflows.
Because this is a full integration, unit directories and user lists are not required for standard functionality.
Step 1: Request Integration Enablement from ResMan
The ResMan integration must first be enabled on ResMan’s side.
You (or your team) should contact ResMan support and request:
Payscore integration enablement
The specific properties or communities to activate
Once the request is submitted to ResMan:
Enablement is typically completed within 24–48 hours
This step only activates the integration connection
It does not automatically start verification workflows yet
Step 2: Payscore Configuration (After ResMan Enables It)
After ResMan enables the integration, Payscore is notified and will begin the configuration process on our end.
Important:
ResMan enablement alone does not fully activate automated workflows
Payscore must complete final setup before the integration becomes operational
Your Payscore representative will confirm when setup is complete.
When the Integration Is Fully Active
Once both ResMan and Payscore setup steps are complete:
Verification workflows can begin operating through the integration
Reports will automatically upload into the applicant's file
Leasing teams can continue using their existing ResMan workflow
