You can enable the Payscore integration directly within RealPage’s App Marketplace to automatically send verification requests and receive reports within your property management workflow.
The setup process only takes a few minutes and is completed entirely inside RealPage.
Step 1: Log in to RealPage
Log in to your RealPage Property Management Software account using an admin-level user.
You must have the appropriate permissions to access integrations and the App Marketplace.
Step 2: Navigate to the App Marketplace
From the main navigation menu in RealPage:
Go to Resources
Select Integration Marketplace
Click App Marketplace
Step 3: Search for Payscore
In the App Marketplace search bar:
Type “Payscore”
Locate the Payscore integration tile
Step 4: Click “Integrate Now”
Click on the Payscore tile
Select + Integrate Now
Step 5: Enable your properties
You will be prompted to select which properties should be subscribed to the Payscore integration.
Choose the properties you want to enable
Confirm your selections
Click Save
Step 6: Await Payscore approval
Once you click Save:
Your subscription request is automatically submitted to the Payscore team
Our team will review and approve the integration
You will be notified once activation is complete
No additional technical setup is required from your team.
What happens after activation
After approval:
Payscore will be available within your RealPage workflow
Verification requests can be triggered based on your integration configuration
Reports will be delivered automatically according to your RealPage setup
If you do not see Payscore after approval, please contact your Payscore representative or support team.

The integration must be enabled per property
Activation is not instant and requires Payscore approval
