Overview
Payscore offers a Google Drive integration that automatically uploads completed verification reports to your Google Drive.
Once enabled, reports are saved to your designated Google Drive folder as soon as they are completed — no manual downloads required.
How It Works
When a verification report is completed:
Payscore generates the report
The report is automatically uploaded to your configured Google Drive folder
Your team can access the report directly from Google Drive
This process runs automatically after setup.
Benefits of the Google Drive Integration
Using the Google Drive integration allows you to:
Store reports indefinitely
Maintain your own retention policies
Centralize report storage
Share reports internally
Avoid report expiration
Reports stored in Google Drive do not expire.
How to Enable the Google Drive Integration
Step 1: Create a Google Drive folder
Create a folder in Google Drive where you would like Payscore reports to be stored.
Step 2: Share the folder with Payscore
Add the following email address as an Editor to the folder:
This allows Payscore to upload reports into your folder.
Step 3: Send the Folder ID to Payscore
After sharing the folder, you’ll need to send the Google Drive Folder ID to your Payscore Customer Success representative.
To find your Folder ID:
Open your Google Drive folder
Look at the URL in your browser
Copy the Folder ID from the URL
Example:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1AbCDefGhIjKlMnOpQrStUvWxYz
The Folder ID is:
1AbCDefGhIjKlMnOpQrStUvWxYz
For detailed instructions, see:
Once you provide the Folder ID, Payscore will complete the setup.
Note: You must be on a subscription plan to enable the Google Drive integration.
Default Folder Structure
Reports will be automatically organized using the following structure:
{Property Name}/{Year}/{Month}/{Applicant Names} {Unit Number}.pdf
Example:
Sunset Apartments/2026/02/John Smith & Jane Doe Unit 203.pdf
This structure helps keep reports organized by property and date.
Important Notes
Reports uploaded to Google Drive do not expire
Uploads occur automatically when reports are completed
No manual action is required after setup
Permissions are controlled by your Google Drive settings
