When Do Reports Expire?

Learn when Payscore reports expire and how to retain access.

All Payscore reports expire 14 days after they are completed.

Once a report expires:

  • The report link will no longer be accessible

  • You will not be able to view or download the report

  • A new verification request may be required if access is needed again

To avoid losing access, we recommend downloading reports shortly after they are completed.

When to Download Reports

You should download reports if:

  • You need to retain them for compliance or documentation

  • You plan to review them later

  • Your workflow requires storing reports outside of Payscore

Downloading the report ensures continued access after expiration.

Integrations and Report Expiration

If you are using a direct property management software integration that uploads reports automatically, report expiration does not apply to those uploaded copies.

Examples include:

  • Reports uploaded directly into your property management software

  • Reports stored within your applicant or document records

Once uploaded into your property management software, those reports remain available based on your PMS’s retention policies.

Cloud Storage Integrations (Google Drive / OneDrive)

If you are using a Google Drive or OneDrive integration, reports can be automatically stored in your organization’s cloud storage.

This allows you to:

  • Retain reports indefinitely

  • Access reports outside of Payscore

  • Maintain your own internal retention policies

Reports stored in your Google Drive or OneDrive instance do not expire.

Important Notes

  • Payscore report links expire after 14 days

  • Download reports if you need long-term access

  • Reports uploaded to your property management software do not expire

  • Reports stored in Google Drive or OneDrive do not expire

  • Expired reports cannot be recovered
