If you’re having trouble logging into Payscore, you may need to reset your Payscore account password.
This is different from your bank or payroll login credentials used during verification.
How to reset your Payscore password
Go to the Payscore login page: https://app.payscore.com/users/sign_in
Click “Forgot your password?”
Enter the email address that received your verification invitation
Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email
Make sure you use the same email address that your verification or report was sent to.
If you’re seeing an “Unauthorized” error instead
This usually means you are logged into the wrong account. You can use this article to help troubleshoot.
This is NOT your bank or payroll password
Resetting your Payscore password only affects access to the Payscore portal.
It will NOT reset:
Your bank account password
Your payroll provider password (such as ADP, Workday, Paychex, etc.)
If you cannot log in to your bank or payroll provider during verification, you must reset your password directly on their website.
