Why am I seeing an “Unauthorized” error?

If you’re seeing an Unauthorized error, it usually means you’re logged into the wrong account.

Payscore verification links and reports are tied to a specific email address and account. If you’re logged into a different account, you won’t have access to the resource you’re trying to view.


Common reasons this happens

This error often appears when:

  • You have multiple email addresses and are logged into the wrong one

  • You’re signed into a different Payscore account in the same browser

  • You opened a verification or report link while already logged in elsewhere


How to fix it

  1. Log out of Payscore completely

  2. Reopen the original link you were sent

  3. Log back in using the same email address that received the verification or report link

Once you’re logged into the correct account, the page should load normally.
