To protect your information and ensure your verification is completed correctly, documents cannot be accepted by email.
If documents are emailed directly to Payscore, they will not be reviewed or added to your verification.
How document upload works
Documents must be uploaded inside the Payscore verification flow so they can be securely processed and attached to your application.
Before document upload is available, you must first attempt to complete verification using one of the standard methods:
Bank verification
Payroll verification
If you’re unable to complete a bank or payroll connection, you’ll need to reach out to Payscore support using the live chat in your verification link.
After reviewing your situation, a support agent may manually enable document upload for your application. Once enabled, you’ll be prompted to upload documents directly within the Payscore system.
Why we don’t accept documents by email
Emailing documents:
Is not secure
Cannot be linked to your verification request
Prevents us from completing your verification correctly
Uploading documents through Payscore ensures:
Your information is encrypted
Documents are reviewed in the correct context
Your verification can be completed without delays
What to do instead
If you’re having trouble completing bank or payroll verification:

Try connecting a different bank or payroll provider, if available
Click the live chat button in the bottom-right corner of your verification page to contact support
Our support team will guide you through next steps and let you know if document upload can be enabled for you.
