How Do I Move an Applicant Into Another Applicant Group?

You can move an applicant’s verification into another applicant group (sometimes referred to as combining applicants) directly from the Payscore admin portal.


Step-by-step: Move an applicant to another applicant group

  1. Sign in to the Payscore admin portal:

  2. Go to the Applicants list and click the applicant’s row to open their details page.

  3. In the lower-right corner of the page, locate the applicant’s contact information.

  4. Click the three dots (⋮) to the right of the applicant’s name.

  5. Select Move Applicant.

  6. Search for the name or email address of an applicant in the applicant group you want to move them into.

  7. Select the appropriate applicant group.

  8. Click Move Applicant to confirm.


What happens after you move an applicant

  • The applicant is combined into the selected applicant group

  • If the applicant has already completed income verification:

    • A new combined report is generated

    • The report reflects total household income

    • The updated report shows whether the household meets your property’s criteria
