If you’ve sent a household (group) income verification request and some applicants haven’t completed their portion, you can still generate the income report once at least one applicant has finished verification.

Instead of waiting for everyone, you can manually complete the verification and immediately produce the report.

When you can use manual completion

You can manually complete a group income verification when:

  • At least one applicant in the household has completed their income verification

  • The overall verification request status is In Progress

  • The household contains more than one screening (multiple applicants)

If these conditions aren’t met, the manual completion option will be disabled.

How to Manually Complete a Household Verification

  1. Go to the applicant list in the Payscore portal.

  2. Find the verification request row for the household you want to complete.

  3. Click the row to open the applicant details page.

  4. In the lower-right of the page, locate the “Verifications” section.

  5. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the income verification you want to complete.

  6. Select “Manually Complete Verification.”

What happens next

After you manually complete the verification:

  • A confirmation window appears

  • Payscore cancels any pending verification steps for the remaining applicants

  • The income report is generated immediately for your review and decision-making if every applicant in the household is now completed

When Manual Completion Isn’t Available

You can’t manually complete a verification if:

  • The request is not currently In Progress

  • Only one applicant is in the household

  • No applicants have completed their portion yet

In these cases, you’ll need to wait until the first applicant finishes their verification before the manual complete option becomes enabled.
