Once you send an income verification request through Payscore, the report is generated as soon as verification completes — whether that happens immediately or after one or more applicants finish their portion.

How income reports are delivered
✔ When all applicants complete verification
If every applicant in a household completes their income verification:
The income report is generated automatically
You’ll see the completed report in the Payscore portal
✔ When only some applicants complete verification
If you manually complete the household request because not all applicants finished:
The income report is generated at the time you manually complete the verification
View the report once the verification status is updated
Report availability timeline
You’ll receive your income report:
Immediately after the last required verification step completes
When the final applicant finishes
Or when you manually complete the request when allowed
Reports are available in the Payscore portal right away once generated.
How you know a report is ready
Reports can be accessed by:
Opening the Payscore admin portal
Navigating to the specific verification request
Looking at the status and clicking to view the completed report
You may also receive an email notification if your notification settings are enabled.
