How Do I Edit Applicant Information on a Verification Request?

If you need to update an applicant’s contact information, you can edit the applicant directly from their verification request.


Steps to edit applicant information

  1. Go to the Applicants page in the Payscore portal.

  2. Use the search bar to locate the applicant you wish to modify.

  3. In the lower-left corner, click the three dots (⋮) next to the applicant’s name.

  4. Select Edit Applicant.

  5. Update the applicant’s contact information (such as email or phone number).


  6. Save your changes.


What happens after you save

  • If the applicant's email or phone number was modified, another invite will be sent to the new email or phone number

  • Future communications will use the updated details
