The Payscore + AppFolio integration allows you to:
Send verification requests directly from AppFolio

Before you begin
Make sure you have:
An active Payscore account
Access to your AppFolio account
Permission to install browser extensions
Step 1: Install the Payscore Browser Extension
To enable the AppFolio integration, you must install the Payscore browser extension.
Once installed, you will see the Payscore icon in your browser toolbar.
Step 2: Log in to the Extension
Click the Payscore icon in your browser toolbar
Enter your Payscore login credentials
Sign in to activate the integration
After logging in, the extension will automatically connect Payscore to your AppFolio environment.
Step 3: Use Payscore Within AppFolio
Once the extension is active, embedded Payscore links and actions will appear directly inside AppFolio.
You will be able to:
Send income or verification requests from applicant records
Launch screenings without re-entering applicant details
Keep property and unit information in sync
How the integration works
Automatic data population
When you initiate a verification request from AppFolio, applicant details (such as name, email, and property information) are automatically populated into the Payscore side panel. This reduces manual entry and speeds up the process.
Status tracking
You can monitor the status of each verification directly within AppFolio while the process is in progress.
Completed reports
When an applicant completes their verification:
You will receive an email notification
The email will include a secure link to the completed report
Reports can be accessed quickly without changing your workflow
