How Payscore Pricing and Billing Works

Explains how Payscore’s contract-based and subscription pricing works

Payscore offers contract-based pricing that is tailored to each customer’s needs, property portfolio, and verification workflow.

Most customers are on a subscription-based pricing model, which provides predictable billing and unlimited or bundled access to verification services based on their agreement.

Subscription-based pricing (standard model)

Our primary pricing structure is subscription-based. This typically includes:

  • Income verification

  • Identity verification

  • Document verification

  • Offer letter verification

  • Platform features and reporting tools

  • Support and integration access

Subscription pricing allows leasing teams to send verification requests without needing to manage individual report purchases.

Contract-based billing

Your billing structure is determined by your signed agreement with Payscore.

Depending on your contract, billing may vary based on factors such as:

  • Portfolio size

  • Property count

  • Feature configuration (income, identity, document verification, etc.)

  • Integration setup

If you are unsure which plan you are on, your Payscore representative can confirm your billing structure.

Legacy and custom pricing agreements

Some long-standing customers may be on legacy or custom billing agreements established during their original onboarding.

These agreements may differ from current subscription offerings and are honored according to the customer’s contract.

Pricing models are not automatically changed unless a new agreement is executed.

Does sending more verification requests change my pricing?

Not necessarily.

For customers on subscription plans, verification usage is typically governed by the terms of their agreement rather than individual request volume.

If you anticipate a significant increase in usage, we recommend contacting your Payscore representative to review your plan and ensure it aligns with your operational needs.

Where to view billing or plan details

Billing details, invoices, and plan information are managed according to your contract and account setup.
