What if I don’t have any income?

Explains what applicants should do if they do not have income and how it will be documented in the income report sent to their property manager

If you currently do not have any income, you can still complete your verification process.

However, this cannot be submitted automatically through the standard bank or payroll verification steps.


What you should do

If you do not produce any income:

  1. Open your Payscore verification link

  2. Click the live chat button in the bottom-right corner

  3. Ask to speak with a support agent

Our live support team will review your situation and submit that you do not produce income on your verification.


How this appears in your income report

Once our support team records that you do not produce income, this information will be reflected in the income verification report that is sent to your property manager or decision maker.

This ensures your application is processed accurately and that your status is clearly documented in the report.


Why you need to contact support

The verification flow is designed to securely confirm income through:

  • Bank verification

  • Payroll verification

If you do not have income to verify, a support agent must manually update your verification so it can be completed correctly and included in your report.


Important notes

  • You should still begin the verification process using your original link

  • Do not abandon the verification if you have no income

  • Do not email documents or explanations, as these cannot be processed outside the verification system
