Payscore provides live support for both customers and applicants.

All support hours are listed in Pacific Time (PT).


Live support availability

  • Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM PT

  • Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PT


How to contact Payscore support

Applicants

  • Access live chat directly from their verification link

  • The chat button appears in the bottom-right corner of the verification workflow

Customers

  • Access live chat from the Payscore admin portal

  • Support is also available through your existing support channels


Outside of live support hours

If someone contacts Payscore outside of live support hours:

  • A support ticket is automatically created

  • Most tickets are resolved within 2 hours


What Payscore support can help with

  • Verification issues (income, ID, payroll, bank connections)

  • Troubleshooting verification errors

  • Questions about the verification process

For application, leasing, or underwriting decisions, customers should follow their internal review processes.
