If more than one person needs to verify their income or identity on the same phone or computer, you can complete multiple verifications — you just need to make sure each person does them separately and in order.
If you previously completed an income verification and are trying to complete another one on the same device, you might be met with the following error:
You are not authorized to complete these verifications
Because you are currently logged in as John Smith ([email protected]), you are trying to access verifications you are not authorized to view. If you believe you are the intended recipient of this verification request, please log out of your account and start the process again.
This error message means that you need to log out of your current account and re-click the link that was sent to you via email or text message. You can log out by going to the top right hand corner and clicking the "log out" button.
If you're on a mobile device, you can log out by clicking the "hamburger menu" button on the top right corner.
This will show a menu containing the "log out" button.
Once you have successfully logged out, please re-click the link that was sent to you via email and/or text message and you should be able to proceed!
