How to Send a Verification Request in Rent Manager

Explains how to send income and identity verification requests from the Rent Manager

You can send income or identity verification requests directly from the Prospect record using the Payscore custom tab.


Step 1: Open the Prospect record

Navigate to the Prospect in Rent Manager that you want to send a verification request for.

Then click the:

  • Automated Income Verification tab (for income)

  • Identity Verification tab (for identity, if enabled)

Step 2: Complete the verification form

Inside the tab, a form will appear to send the request.

To send the invite:

  • Enter the Unit Monthly Rent (required)

  • Set Submit Action to “Send Invite”

  • Click Save

Once saved, invitations will automatically be sent to all contacts on the Prospect.


How applicants receive the invite

  • Email invite (required)

  • Text message invite (if a mobile number is present)

All contacts must have a valid email address to receive a verification request.


Step 3: Refresh to confirm the request

After sending the invite:

  • Click Refresh in the tab

  • Confirm the Status field updates to Not Started

Sending Identity Verification requests

The process is the same for Identity Verification:

  1. Open the Identity Verification tab

  2. Set Submit Action to Send Invite

  3. Click Save

Invitations and reminders will be sent automatically.
