Why You’re Seeing This Message

If you receive an error that says:

“We require cookies to be enabled on your browser for you to continue your verification.”

it means your browser is currently blocking cookies.

Cookies are required for the verification process to work properly because they allow the secure session to stay active while you connect your bank, payroll provider, or complete identity verification.

How to Enable Cookies

Cookies can be enabled through your browser settings. The exact steps depend on the browser and device you are using.

For example, you can find instructions on how to enable cookies in Google Chrome here.

In general:

  1. Open your browser settings

  2. Go to Privacy or Privacy & Security

  3. Find the Cookies or Site Data section

  4. Allow cookies (or disable “Block all cookies”)

  5. Refresh your verification page and try again

Make sure you are using a modern browser such as Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox.

If You Still See the Error

If cookies are enabled but the error continues, try the following:

  • Use a different browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)

  • Turn off private/incognito mode

  • Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions

  • Try using a laptop or desktop instead of a mobile device

  • Ensure your browser is up to date

When to Contact Support

If you’ve enabled cookies and the issue still persists, please contact Payscore support through the live chat button on your verification page. A support agent can help you troubleshoot and continue your verification.
