Why you’re seeing a “login expired” message

If the browser extension shows that your login is expired, it means you are currently logged out of the Payscore browser extension.

This is separate from being logged into the Payscore website. Even if you are logged into payscore.com, the extension may still require its own login session.

How to log back into the browser extension

Follow these steps to restore access:

  1. Locate the Payscore extension icon in your browser toolbar (to the right of the search bar)

  2. Click the Payscore icon

  3. Enter your Payscore login credentials

  4. Click Log In

Once you log in through the extension popup and refresh the page, the expired session message should be resolved.

Where to find the extension icon

Look at the top-right area of your browser near the address bar.

If you don’t see the Payscore icon immediately, it may be inside your browser’s extensions menu (puzzle piece icon).

After clicking it, the Payscore login window will appear where you can sign in directly to the extension.

Important to know

  • Logging into the Payscore website does not automatically log you into the browser extension

  • The extension requires its own active session

Still having trouble?

If you are logged into the extension and still seeing the expired login message:

  • Refresh your browser

  • Try uninstalling and re-installing the browser extension

  • Log out and log back into the extension

If the issue continues, contact Payscore support and include a screenshot of the extension message so we can assist faster.
